At Spicy Snack Co., we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality, and hygienically packed products. Due to the perishable nature of food items, we follow a strict no-return policy in accordance with food safety guidelines.

🚫 No Returns Policy

As per standard food safety and hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns on any food products once delivered.


💸 Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be processed under the following conditions:

  • If the product is damaged during transit
  • If the product packaging is tampered with or opened at the time of delivery
  • If the wrong item has been delivered

📸 Proof Requirement

To process a refund request, you must:

  • Record an unboxing video clearly showing the issue
  • Share images/videos within 24 hours of delivery

Without valid proof, we will not be able to process any refund.


⏱ Refund Process Timeline

  • Once your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

❌ Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Taste preferences or personal dislikes
  • Minor packaging dents that do not affect product quality
  • Delay in delivery due to courier partners
  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
